I was digging through my box of tatting the other day and found this motif. This was the first time I used 1 strand of DMC metallic floss. I have absolutely no idea how I split the skein. I must have somehow, I just don't remember how! The pattern is from one of the Mani di Fata tatting magazines - don't remember the number.
