February Progress 2013

D'oh, I just deleted all the comments from my previous post instead of publishing them.  I wish blogger came with an "undo" feature!

Bobbin lace:
I whipped up a small little something earlier in the month.  I also bought a frame for it - one of the few (actually I mean only) piece that I am planning on framing.  It's kind of strange because it's not even a nice piece of lace, but it reminds me of the dachshund, and that's all that matters.

I am also steadily working on my current WIP.  It's a little larger than the last few pieces I have made, but it's coming along.

Tatting:
Not much tatting to show, but I have been tatting as well!

I dabbled a bit with metallic threads again and completed two projects, one of which I am counting towards the second round of 25 motif challenge.

I also completed another small beaded piece which is on its way to its recipient - I should have it posted soon.  As long as I remembered to scan it before mailing it...

Although I won't have anything to show for a while, I did also work on two of my long-term WIPs.

Puncetto:
Puncetto is so much fun to make!  I finally picked up needle again and made this small little square.  Not long after it was finished, I started a second one.  The second one is almost done, so hopefully I will post that one soon as well.
