This is the last of the seven motifs in my knotted lace book. Don't look at the very center though. I tried to sew in the end and in the process somehow managed to break the thread. Oops. Good thing the only plan I had for the motif was to put it in a box with all the others.
I think my tension is slooooowly getting better. About halfway through the motif I looked at the beginning of the book and realized that I had been making my know wrong! Now that I am actually doing the knot correctly, it seems to be easier to tension. Imagine that! (Yes, I am being sarcastic). Hopefully now that I've had more practice and making the knot correctly, tension should get better. I hope!
